Jennifer Luthe, REALTOR®
I’ve worked in or close to the Real Estate industry since graduating college, first in Multi-Family Property Management, then in Residential Real Estate where I spent 8 years as a Transaction Coordinator for one of the top real state teams in the country, closing approximately 250 transactions per year. I spent a couple of years exploring my interest in the Residential Mortgage industry, but realized I’m a contracts nerd at heart! I formed Angel Transaction Services to put my penchant for details and my passion for helping people to work, supporting independent Real Estate Agents who need assistance so they can be free to do what they do best – sell homes! I enjoy being my Agents’ biggest cheerleader and helping them provide smooth, seamless transactions for their clients.
When not attending to transaction details, I love spending time with my husband of over 30 years, our 3 adult children, their significant others, and our 2 grand-dogs. I also enjoy early-morning walks and weight training, or getting lost in a good book. If I can do any or all of those at a beach, even better!
